Dog & Chainsaw – The Tragic Beginning of Denji

Denji is a poor teenage boy who survives by working as a Devil Hunter. Burdened with the heavy debt inherited from his father, he hunts dangerous devils for the yakuza alongside his only friend, Pochita — a small but powerful Chainsaw Devil. Living in extreme poverty, Denji dreams of a simple and happy life, but reality keeps pushing him deeper into despair.
When his life seems like it cannot get any worse, Denji is cruelly betrayed by the very yakuza he works for and is brutally killed. As his consciousness begins to fade, Denji hears a mysterious voice calling out from within his mind — a moment that will change his fate forever and mark the beginning of something terrifying and powerful.
