Birthday and Girlfriend

After learning that Chizuru’s birthday has already passed, Kazuya’s grandmother decides to hold a combined birthday party. Kazuya invites Chizuru to his family’s house, but she tells him she will arrive later after visiting her grandmother in the hospital. On the way to the party, Ruka confronts Kazuya and ends up attending as well, using the situation to leave a strong impression on his family. Meanwhile, Chizuru faces an emotional moment at the hospital before receiving permission to attend the party. When she finally arrives and respectfully honors the family altar, everyone is left stunned. The tension rises further when Ruka suddenly kisses Kazuya.
